A bit about me

Hi, I'm Irina Semenova! I help foreigners in the Czech Republic manage their finances like adults—mortgages, insurance, investments, and pension programs. No “magic of compound interest explained on fingers” and no pushy sales.
I live in Prague, previously worked at General Electric, and now lead a team of consultants at OVB Allfinanz.
I like it when your money works for you - calmly, predictably, and profitably. And when the paperwork gets signed on time, and the monthly loan payment drops by half (yes, we’ve done that).

  • Mortgages: selecting the right bank for your case, assessing income (including OSVČ), refinancing, and mortgage-related insurance.
  • Insurance: life, health, home/apartment, liability. I’ll explain where you’re overpaying and where your coverage limits are dangerously low.
  • Investments and pension plans: a simple strategy, clear risks, regular contributions, and commission control.
  • Financial plan: numbers, scenarios, timelines - a document that’s easy to live by.

3. Options to choose from: 1-2 solutions with figures, pros, and cons - the financial plan.
4. Implementation: applications, negotiations with the bank/insurance company, deal closure.
5. Ongoing support: reminders about rate fixes, policy renewals, and changes in terms.
